This weekend we made our way through to Sandton City to meet the Easter Bunny and experience the Easter village that has been set up by Geldhof.
Honestly, I really wasn’t looking forward to it at all, simply because I envisioned really expensive eggs and crowds of people doing last minute Easter shopping, but I was pleasantly surprised.
They had the most beautiful display for the children that kept Hunter enthralled for quite a section of time, a coloring in station that both kids enjoyed AND affordable eggs! In fact they were so affordable that I kicked myself for not buying all of them there. The range was amazing – sugar fee, dairy free, dark chocolate, milk and white chocolate, the list is endless.
We got to meet the Easter bunny, much too Kenzie`s disgust, she was not happy about the random bunny that didn’t talk walking around but she sure enjoyed the chocolate.
The best part of the day was definitely Hunters observation on the way home.
Hunter asked “Mom is the real Easter bunny coming on Sunday?”
“Yes, why my boy?”
“No, the real Easter bunny! Not that puppet!”
Happy Easter my bunnies, we love you muchie!
